Job Description
George Infra Private Limited is inviting applications for the position of Customer Support Executive in Thrissur. We are looking for a committed individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail. Candidates must reside in the Thrissur area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls
- Convert leads into clients
- Develop and execute debt collection plans
- Follow up on debtors, manage variances, and prepare reports
- Generate and analyze complaint reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- A minimum of 1 year of telecalling experience in any sector
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹10,00 – ₹20,00 per month, based on experience.
