Job Description
We are on the lookout for an Executive Chef for a renowned, people-focused restaurant located in Kannur. Candidates with a strong background solely in the restaurant industry are highly preferred. The ideal applicant should be skilled in South Indian (Kerala Naadan) and Chinese cuisine, with additional knowledge of North Indian dishes considered a plus.
Key responsibilities involve overseeing kitchen staff, coordinating activities, upholding food quality, and ensuring adherence to hygiene standards. Applicants must be residents of Kannur, Kozhikode, Wayanad, or Thrissur. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary between ₹50,00 – ₹70,00 per month, with a minimum contract duration of two years.
