Job Description
GIT College of Engineering is looking for a qualified Receptionist. We encourage both Post Graduate and Graduate candidates to apply. The ideal applicant should have exceptional communication skills in English and Malayalam, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Address queries and complaints through phone, email, and written correspondence
- Oversee meeting room scheduling and availability
- Receive and distribute daily mail
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards are upheld at the reception area
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Preferred Experience: 1 year in Microsoft Office and Front Desk operations.
