Job Description
We are excited to announce that Glory Power Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring for the position of Malayalam Voice Process.
Qualification: Both Graduates and Undergraduates are welcome to apply. Candidates must be fluent in Malayalam and English.
Experience: 0-1 year preferred.
Shift: Day shift with a fixed Sunday week off.
Salary: ₹16,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month.
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handling customer calls and resolving their queries.
- Making outbound calls for sales or collections.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.
