Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Customer Care Voice Process. If you are a graduate located in Marathahalli, Bangalore, we want to hear from you!
Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO experience is mandatory.
Languages Required: English and Hindi
Work Schedule: 6 days of work with 1 rotational day off
Your role involves handling customer complaints, providing solutions, and building trust with our customers. Strong communication and multitasking skills are a must.
