Job Description
We are hiring for the position of International Semi-Voice Process Associate.
Qualification: Both Graduates and Under Graduates welcome.
Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Shift: 5 days of working with Rotational Night Shifts.
Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹21,00 per month.
Location: Mumbai. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries primarily through email and chat, with occasional phone calls.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
