Job Description
Location: Pune
Join GM Infotech as a Guest Relation Executive and become the welcoming face of our restaurant. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with orders, and managing inquiries and complaints professionally. You will coordinate with staff to maintain cleanliness and a welcoming ambiance while gathering feedback to enhance service.
Qualifications: High school diploma or higher in Hospitality/Customer Service, preferred with at least one year of customer service experience. Excellent English and Hindi communication skills required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹300,00.00 – ₹500,00.00 per year
