Job Description
Gobind Ram Kahan Chand is actively seeking a dedicated Packing Supervisor to manage the packaging process for our hing products. This crucial role is responsible for ensuring quality, efficiency, and strict adherence to safety standards throughout the packing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily packing activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and assess packing operators to enhance performance.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of packing materials.
- Uphold quality control standards throughout the packaging process.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols consistently.
Qualifications: A diploma or degree in operations management or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in packing supervision is required.
