Job Description
Grace Staffing Services is excited to announce a job opening for an experienced Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our voice process team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. In this role, you will engage with customers over the phone, delivering outstanding service and support.
Key Requirements: Candidates must possess a B2 or C1 proficiency level in Spanish, have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, hold a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or higher qualification, and be available to work US night shifts. Immediate joiners are preferred!
Compensation: The salary ranges from ₹800,00.00 to ₹1,00,00.00 annually, accompanied by attractive benefits such as health insurance and a provident fund.
