Job Description
Green Era Agri World is excited to invite applications for the position of Customer Service Representative at our Pune office. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science or Horticulture, or any graduate degree, who are fluent in both English and Hindi. While 0 to 2 years of experience is preferred, we welcome all applications. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary commensurate with their qualifications.
In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, addressing various business and compliance issues related to modern gardening, and assisting customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs.
