Job Description

• Manage and oversee the operations of the CASA (Current Account Savings Account) portfolio in the Hyderabad region.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new CASA customers and retain existing ones.
• Achieve sales targets for CASA products by promoting them to potential customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to CASA operations.
• Monitor and analyze CASA portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Lead and motivate a team of CASA professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, branch staff, and other departments.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy and integrity of CASA accounts.
