Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Executives to join Growinity Solutions LLP in Phoenix.
Shift Window: 6 PM to 10 AM (any 9 hours and 30 minutes)
Eligibility Criteria: UG/Grad with at least 6 months of international voice process experience. Maximum gap of 3 months allowed. No cash-in-hand experience. Minimum qualification: HSC.
Salary:
- Below 18 months of experience: up to 5 LPA CTC, ₹34,350 during training, ₹38,517 post-training.
- Above 18 months of experience: up to 5.5 LPA CTC, ₹37,785 during training, ₹42,386 post-training.
Interview Rounds: HR, VNA & Ops, Typing test (30 WPM, 95% accuracy).
Location: In person.
