Job Description
GTK GROUP INC is on the lookout for a committed Ticketing Executive to enhance our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Passenger Name Record (PNR) processes, which includes the creation, issuance, modification, and cancellation of tickets. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role requires effective coordination with airlines and customers via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage all ticketing processes.
- Collaborate effectively with airlines and customers.
Required Skills: A minimum of 2 years experience in ticketing, strong geographical knowledge, and proficiency in Amadeus.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: Up to ₹25,00/month
