Job Description
Join Happy Staffers as a Customer Success Associate in Pune! We are looking for dynamic individuals with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. In this role, you will engage in outbound calling, articulate the benefits of our Life, Health, and Motor Insurance products, and strive to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of sales experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to work in a 6-day rotational shift (females required to work before 8 PM)
- Target-driven and customer-oriented mindset
