Job Description

Headphonezone Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant Junior Lady to support our Director in daily operations. This position is an excellent fit for intelligent fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective multitasking support
• Coordinate communication via email, phone, and other channels
• Run errands and maintain accurate records
• Book and arrange travel and accommodations
• Gradually assume additional responsibilities

Requirements:

• Fluent English communication skills
• Proficient in PC applications, MS Office, and Internet use

This position is located in Adyar, Chennai, with no travel required. Full-time office hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Salary: ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month.
