Job Description
Healing Hands Clinic is in search of a dedicated Front Desk Executive to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting patients both in person and via phone, ensuring a warm, professional atmosphere.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, addressing patient inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will manage administrative tasks such as billing support and report collection.
This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary ranging from ₹10,00.00 to ₹25,00.00 per month. Benefits include a Provident Fund and options for supplemental pay.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
