HEDGE CAFE AND CLUB PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a talented Chef de Partie (CDP) to be an essential part of our kitchen team, serving as the second-in-command. Your culinary expertise will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to menu preparation and design.
- Ensure the presentation of high-quality food plating.
- Assist the Sous Chef and provide training to kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
- A graduate in Hotel Management with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Food safety certification is required.
