Hire4Biz is seeking a dedicated E-commerce Customer Support Executive to enhance our support team. In this role, you will address customer inquiries across multiple channels, facilitate online orders, and collaborate with customers, merchandisers, and designers to ensure exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through Live Chat, Phone, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Assist customers with online orders and clearly convey company policies.
Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in E-commerce customer service.
