Job Description
Hitech Engineers Firm is looking for a talented and motivated Quotations Giving Executive to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing precise quotations for weighing systems, bagging machines, and conveyors designed for our sugar factory clients. You will also play a key role in managing client follow-ups and coordinating sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue detailed quotations.
- Engage in effective client communications and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams for pricing and technical details.
- Maintain accurate records of all quotations.
- Support the sales team and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- B.E. or B.Tech in Electronics or Electronics & Communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation skills.
- Previous experience in technical sales support is preferred.
