Job Description
HNS GOLD Private Limited is actively seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Operation Executive to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be entrusted with KYC verification and documentation, gold valuation and testing, as well as addressing customer inquiries while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct KYC Verification and Documentation
- Perform Gold Valuation and Testing
- Manage Customer Inquiries
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Generate Sales Leads
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of gold valuation
- Prior customer service experience
