We seek a motivated intern to assist in our Company Secretary department. This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in corporate governance and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research company laws and regulations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Assist with legal document drafting.
- Provide administrative support.
Qualifications:
Completion of the CS course from ICSI required.
