Job Description
Hooghly Motors Pvt. Ltd., located in Purusattam Bati, Sugandha More, Chinsurah, Hooghly – 712102, is currently seeking a qualified Female Purchase Officer to oversee our purchasing operations. This full-time position involves monitoring stock levels, preparing Purchase Invoices (PI) and Purchase Orders (PO), and negotiating with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage purchase orders and deliveries.
- Regularly monitor and report stock levels.
- Accurately prepare Purchase Invoices and Purchase Orders.
- Negotiate pricing and quality with vendors.
- Maintain comprehensive purchase documentation.
Requirements: Candidates should have a preferred background in procurement, possess strong communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and demonstrate attention to detail.
Salary: ₹11,00.00 – ₹14,00.00 per month, along with benefits.
