Job Description
We are seeking a Chef de Partie to manage a designated station, prepare dishes according to recipes, supervise junior cooks, and maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards. The role includes assisting with inventory and stock rotation, supporting menu execution, and collaborating with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure consistent quality during busy service. You will also train and mentor commis chefs to uphold kitchen standards.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent knife skills, strong time management, and ability to perform under pressure
