Job Description
Join our vibrant team at Hotel Crestwood as a Front Office Assistant. In this vital role, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences through efficient check-in and check-out processes, meticulous maintenance of registries, and effective guest relations management. Your responsibilities will include managing the cashbook and logbook, as well as handling reservations and guest inquiries over the phone.
