Job Description
Hotel Gowtham is seeking a dedicated Hotel Front Office Executive to enhance our guest experience. In this role, you will manage the check-in and check-out process using our Hotel Management System Software, ensure guest satisfaction by gracefully addressing any complaints, and coordinate cleaning and maintenance activities with the housekeeping team. You will also handle the cash register during your shifts, assist with cashier duties at our restaurant/bar when needed, and support the Hotel Manager with stock management and billing tasks.
Shifts are available during the day (8:30 AM – 7:30 PM) and night (7 PM – 9 AM). We offer benefits such as complimentary meals, shared accommodation, and a competitive salary of ₹13,00 to ₹15,00 per month.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Able to Work in a Team
- No Criminal Record
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Good Communication Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
