Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee the organization’s financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for month-end close, preparation of accurate financial statements, forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, and audit coordination.
- Lead monthly close and consolidations
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and cash flow plans
- Implement and monitor internal controls and compliance
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory filings
- Manage and mentor the finance team
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred. Minimum 5 years of financial management experience with strong analytical and leadership skills.
