HRQuadrant seeks a dependable Banking Associate to collaborate with banking partners to source and engage clients, assess needs, and deliver tailored life insurance solutions. Responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, providing personalized protection planning, performing follow-ups, upselling appropriate products, and educating customers on coverage strategies while monitoring market and regulatory developments to guide sales.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field; minimum 1 year sales experience (insurance preferred) with a proven track record; age up to 30.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal abilities, and insurance product/market knowledge.
• Details: Full-time, permanent; Salary ₹20,00–₹30,00/month; Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund; willingness to travel for client visits preferred; on-site work location.
