Job Description
Hyatt Regency Gurgaon is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen operations. In this key role, you will ensure efficient management of kitchen activities in accordance with Hyatt International’s standards and strategies. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the kitchen as a profit center, guaranteeing guest satisfaction, and maintaining budgetary compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a luxury environment. A qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is highly desirable.
