Job Description
Hyatt Regency Gurgaon is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservation Coordinator to assist in the efficient running of our Reservations Department. You will work closely with the Reservation Manager and other Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through effective Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with Hyatt’s Brand Standards.
Qualifications: University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, with at least 1 year of experience in a larger operation. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
