Job Description

Hyatt Regency Gurgaon invites applications for a Japanese Chef de Cuisine to manage an assigned kitchen as an independent profit center and deliver authentic Japanese cuisine to Hyatt standards.

• Key duties: manage daily operations, control costs and budgets, maintain recipes, train and supervise kitchen staff, ensure food safety and OHS compliance, and uphold guest satisfaction.
• Qualifications: minimum 2 years’ experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a reputable hotel/restaurant (luxury brands preferred); formal training in Kitchen Production/Management is advantageous; strong kitchen hygiene and OHS knowledge; basic MS Office and recipe system familiarity required.
