Job Description
Summary:
Join the culinary team at Hyatt Regency Pune as a Sous Chef. Assist in the efficient operation of the kitchen, aligning with Hyatt International’s strategies and brand standards. Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years as a Sous Chef or 4 years as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or upscale restaurant is required. Luxury brand experience is preferred. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards is essential.
