Job Description
We seek a talented Sous Chef to support our Head Chef at I’Deli Cafe. This full-time, permanent, on-site role offers ₹45,00–₹55,00 per month. The Sous Chef will oversee food preparation, maintain high standards of quality and hygiene, supervise and train kitchen staff, manage inventory, and help optimize service flow.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute menu items with consistent portion control and presentation
- Lead and mentor kitchen team in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor stock, control waste, and uphold safety procedures
Qualifications: relevant culinary credentials and a minimum of 3 years’ supervisory kitchen experience preferred. Must be creative, a strong leader, and calm under pressure.
