Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic Field Executives to effectively manage client portfolios, assist with payment recovery, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping while complying with legal regulations. Candidates must possess at least a +2 education and be under 30 years old, whether they are fresh graduates or have prior experience in microfinance institutions (MFIs).
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹18,00 to ₹22,00 per month, with an initial pay of ₹12,00 for the first two months, followed by an upgrade to ₹20,860 upon confirmation. Please note that this role is open exclusively to male candidates.
