Job Description
IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is seeking a dedicated Loan Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting village surveys to identify and source new customers. Your duties will include forming Joint Liability Groups and completing KYC verifications, filing enrollment forms, and entering customer data accurately. Additionally, you will check credit reports and process eligible members while providing training on company policies and products. Conducting house verifications to assess living standards and ensure proper loan utilization will also be part of your responsibilities.
