Job Description
IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is thrilled to announce an opening for Field Executives. We are seeking dedicated individuals to manage client portfolios, facilitate payment recovery, maintain precise financial records, and comply with legal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee client portfolios
- Identify clients for payment recovery
- Ensure accurate financial documentation
- Follow legal guidelines diligently
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: Intermediate (+2)
- Age limit: Up to 30 years for both freshers and candidates with Microfinance Institution (MFI) experience
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary between ₹18,00.00 and ₹22,00.00 per month, along with unlimited incentives, Provident Fund, ESIC, gratuity, and insurance benefits.
