Job Description

We invite you to become a part of our dedicated team at India Infoline Finance Limited (IIFL) in the role of Customer Service Executive with a focus on complaints handling. In this position, you will lead the team in effectively addressing customer complaints, ensuring productivity and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).

Your responsibilities will encompass investigating and documenting complaints while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. You will also work towards improving customer satisfaction and minimizing repeat complaints through diligent record-keeping and report preparation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹28,00.00 per month
