Your responsibilities will encompass developing integrations with various IT systems, troubleshooting ITOM module issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to convert requirements into effective technical solutions. A strong proficiency in JavaScript and a solid understanding of ITIL processes are essential for success in this position.
