Job Description
We are seeking a Backup and Storage Administrator to design, implement, and maintain robust backup and storage solutions that safeguard data availability and integrity. The role includes configuring and monitoring Veeam, NetBackup, and CommVault backups; managing SAN/NAS arrays; and executing capacity planning, replication, deduplication, and disaster recovery testing.
- Troubleshoot failures, perform restores, document operational procedures, and coordinate with system and network teams.
- Requirements: 3+ years in backup/storage operations, experience with Windows and Linux environments, familiarity with iSCSI and NFS, strong scripting and monitoring skills, and on-call availability. Relevant certifications (VCP, NetApp, Microsoft) are a plus.
