Location: Mumbai Airoli

Position: Associate – US Voice Process
Salary: ₹20,00 per month (includes travel allowances and performance incentives)
Shift: Rotational night shifts with varying days off
Requirements: Must have completed 12th grade; acceptable degrees include BBA, BA, BAF, BMS, B.Com, B.Ed, or B.Sc (Bio + Chemistry). Note: BCA, Engineering, B.Tech, B.Sc in Mathematics, and Economics are not eligible.
Responsibilities: Manage inbound calls from North American clients, addressing inquiries related to healthcare and insurance.
Languages Required: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
