Job Description
Experience: 6 months – 4 years
Job Description: IntouchCX is actively seeking talented individuals to join our International Voice Process team. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication skills and have a background in customer support, particularly with an international client base. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, maintain accurate logs, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 6 months to 4 years of relevant experience, outstanding English communication skills, familiarity with CRM tools, and the flexibility to work night or rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹250,00 – ₹500,00 per year
Benefits: Includes Provident Fund and performance bonuses.
