Job Description
We are seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily dispatch operations, optimize routes, and ensure timely, reliable deliveries. The incumbent will lead the dispatch team, create schedules, assign drivers, monitor performance, and coordinate closely with logistics and customer service to resolve issues promptly.
- Lead and coach dispatch personnel; develop efficient routing and scheduling
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with operations and customer service to maintain service quality
- Proficient in TMS and MS Office; strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Requirements: Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in dispatch or logistics.
