Job Description
IRIS Educare Limited is on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven Telecaller to join our Franchise Development Team. In this role, you will engage with potential investors and entrepreneurs interested in establishing a Preschool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective franchise leads.
- Keep lead information updated in our CRM while ensuring consistent follow-ups.
- Coordinate meetings between investors and the franchise team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or franchise sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong negotiation skills and proficient computer abilities.
