Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Thoraipakkam, Chennai. This full-time, in-person role requires approximately 25% travel. The successful candidate will prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documents; negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors; manage budgets through forecasting and cost monitoring; maintain cost records; and validate quantities using AutoCAD.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in quantity surveying or cost consulting.
- Knowledge: NBC, ANSI/ASHRAE, LEED standards and common contract models.
- Other: Proficient English, reliable commute or willingness to relocate.
- Compensation: ₹40,00–₹70,00 per month.
