Job Description
ISHA ENGINEERING AND Co. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in shop floor operations. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality control, and leading a team of core shop workers.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in hydraulic equipment manufacturing.
- Ability to manage workflows and evaluate resources.
- Knowledge of safety guidelines.
This is a full-time, permanent position. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
