Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Corporate Lawyer with 8–10 years of experience in arbitration, litigation, and corporate matters to be based in Kolkata (Minto Park, Lansdown). The role involves handling arbitration, civil, and criminal cases at High Court level or above. Candidates must have worked at law firms (no self-practice).

• Responsibilities: draft petitions, notices, and legal documents; coordinate external counsel; and represent the company at hearings.
• Qualifications: LLB/LLM and a strong litigation background.
• Preferences and terms: married candidates with children preferred; immediate joining or within 30 days; on-site position.
• Compensation: ₹35,00–₹42,00/month; benefits include health insurance and provident fund.
