Job Description
We seek an experienced Facilities Soft Services Manager to lead and oversee cleaning, security, reception, landscaping, and waste management across multiple sites. You will coordinate vendors, manage contracts and budgets, set and monitor KPIs, and ensure high service standards and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, creating schedules, enforcing health, safety, and regulatory compliance, and responding promptly to client needs and incidents to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in facilities or soft services management, strong leadership, vendor management, budgeting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with facilities management systems and safety regulations is preferred.
