Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Soft Services to oversee cleaning, security, landscaping, and front-of-house facilities across multiple properties. The successful candidate will ensure high service standards, coordinate vendors, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise on-site teams, schedules, and vendors; conduct quality audits and manage basic budgets.
- Act as client liaison to resolve issues promptly and support staff training, procurement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, minimum three years in facilities or hospitality management, strong leadership, communication, and vendor-management skills, plus proficiency in MS Office and basic budget control.
