Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Male Company Secretary for our prestigious client based in Andheri East, Mumbai. Must be a Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with active ICSI membership and 2 to 10 years of experience in Share Market, Capital Market, DP, or RTA sectors. IPO experience is essential along with knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and Governance.

Pay: ₹60,00.00 – ₹80,00.00 per month
