We are seeking a skilled and experienced Voice Process Associate to join our team at ACSASS, focusing on medical calling for US clients. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls regarding medical inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include resolving medical issues, documenting interactions, and meeting performance goals. Ideal candidates possess 0-2 years of experience in an international voice process with excellent English communication skills.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary up to ₹25,00 per month, night shift hours (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM), and benefits including cell phone reimbursement and paid time off.
