Job Description
GE-TEK ELECTRONICS is seeking a dedicated Resolution Coordinator to manage customer interactions, analyze issues, collaborate internally, and provide effective problem-solving solutions. Responsibilities include receiving and logging customer complaints, conducting thorough investigations, and coordinating resolution efforts with various departments. You will also manage escalations, keep customers updated on their issues, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Ideal candidates are proactive in identifying trends and suggesting process improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹11,66.74 – ₹17,752.21 per month
